description
PVC zipper bag is actually a kind of plastic bag. The main component is polyvinyl chloride, which is bright in color, corrosion-resistant and durable. Due to the addition of some auxiliary materials such as plasticizers and anti-aging agents in the manufacturing process to enhance its heat resistance, toughness, ductility, etc., it is one of the most popular, popular and widely used synthetic materials in the world.
There are simple ways to distinguish the pros and cons of PVC materials：
1. Odor: The heavier the odor, the worse the material. Some manufacturers deliberately add fragrances to mask the pungent odor, so the plastic bag with a heavy smell is harmful to the body, whether it is smelly or fragrant.
Second touch: The better the surface gloss , the purer the raw materials and the higher quality.
Three tear: Tear refers to toughness. Bags are poor if they could be torn into a straight line like a sheet of paper. A good plastic packaging bag, even if the outer layer is torn apart during the tearing process, the inner layer is still connected.
There are some garment factories use recycled plastic bags. These clothing plastic packaging bags are of poor quality, and chemical reagents are added during the production process, leaving some harmful substances in the bags. According to the characteristics of these materials, the standard for judging the quality of plastic bags for clothing is simply “one smell, two look, and three pulls”.If the plastic bag film has impurities in the sun or light, it must be a bag of recycled materials.
