It is understood that the earliest packaging that can store meat food at room temperature is canned food, which is an iron can made of tinplate, and later uses glass bottles as outer packaging. Both tinplate and glass bottles have high temperature cooking resistance and high barrier properties, so the shelf life of canned food can reach more than 2 years. However, because tinplate cans and glass bottles are rigid packaging containers with large volume and heavy weight, tinplate has poor chemical corrosion resistance, especially when loaded with acidic food, metal ions are easily precipitated, which affects the flavor of food. In the 1960s, the United States invented the aluminum-plastic composite film in order to solve the packaging of aerospace food. It is used to package meat food, and it can be stored at room temperature through high temperature and high pressure sterilization, with a shelf life of more than 1 year. The role of the aluminum-plastic composite film is similar to that of a can, which is soft and light, so it is named "soft can".

④long storage time. Foods packaged in retort pouches that do not require refrigeration or freezing, have a stable shelf life comparable to metal cans, are easy to sell, and are easy to use at home.
⑤lower manufacturing cost. The cost of the composite film for making the retort bag is lower than that of the metal plate, and the production process and required equipment are much simpler, so the price of the retort bag is lower.

Generally divided into three categories: two-layer film, three-layer film and four-layer film structure.
The two-layer film is generally BOPA/CPP、PET/CPP;
The three-layer film structure is PET/AL/CPP、BOPA/AL/CPP;

High temperature cooking resistance inspection
After the bag is made, put the same volume of content into the bag and seal it well (Note: the content is similar to the content specified by the customer, and try to exhaust the air in the bag when sealing, so as not to affect the test effect due to air expansion during cooking),Put it into the ts-25c back pressure high temperature cooking pot, and set the conditions required by the customer (cooking temperature, time, pressure) to test the high temperature cooking resistance; the manufacturing process of the high temperature cooking bag is currently the best cooking bag in the world. Most of them are manufactured by dry compounding method, and a few can also be manufactured by solvent-free compounding method or co-extrusion compounding method.
Appearance inspection after cooking: the bag surface is flat, without wrinkles, blistering, deformation, and no separation or leakage.
